Two new adidas Originals shoe silhouettes, OZWEEGO and LXCON, released globally today. OZWEEGO and LXCON use elements from the two main models of the 90s, as well as adiPRENE bearing technology which is its special feature. Dominantly re-created from classic collections, The new OZWEEGO and LXCON silhouettes provide an innovative styling solution for the next generation.
Inspired by OZWEEGO 3, silhouette of running shoes released in 1998 with lightweight and comfortable cushioning, The new OZWEEGO silhouette adopts a futuristic design approach with a distinct eye stay panel and transparent support tube. Key features include lace closure, mesh, suede material and TPU upper, adiPRENE in the forefoot and heel cushioning in the midsole, and a rubber outsole.
The reinterpreted LXCON silhouette also takes inspiration from the 90s OG version, bringing the now iconic design language into a contemporary context. Key features include knit upper, Unique lacing closure, rubber outsole, textile lining, and adiPRENE heel cushioning in the midsole.
This is a celebration of adidas Originals' re-creation of its classic collections to create the icon of tomorrow.. The OZWEEGO and LXCON silhouettes are the latest releases from the forward-thinking adidas Originals design collection.
