How to Register in the Voting /Raffle:
1. Customers who are interested in buying Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 can enroll in adidas Neighborhood Neo SOHO (Floor 1, Unit L1-103) and/or The Goods Dept. Pondok Indah Mall 2, Floor 3 from date 8-9 February 2017 (10.00 WIB – 22.00 WIB) or while the coupon is still available.
2. Only exist 500 raffle coupons available at every participating store.
3. Every customer is only entitled to 1 (one) lottery coupons.
4. Customers are required to fill in lottery coupons at participating stores; all information must be filled correctly according to a valid Identity Card (not a copy nor has it expired).
5. After filling in the raffle coupon, the customer must put one side into the lottery box that has been provided according to the desired size and keep the other side as proof of registration.
6. Only one registration is allowed per person. Double registration will be disqualified.
7. The winner of the raffle will be chosen at a live draw event on Saturday, 11 February 2017 of hours 12.00 WIB and so on, by Neo SOHO Mall, Floor 4 and/or The Goods Dept. Pondok Indah Mall 2, Floor 3.
8. The customer must attend the live raffle event and the winner of the raffle must present a registration coupon and Identity Card / Identity Card that matches the information on the coupon, to prove yourself at the time of purchase.
Draw/Raffle Mechanism:
1. The live draw will take place on Saturday, 11 February 2017 of hours 12.00 WIB and so on, by Neo SOHO Mall, Floor 4 and/or The Goods Dept. Pondok Indah Mall 2, Floor 3.
2. The live draw will take place from 12.00 WIB – finished.
3. All participating customers must be present at the event venue during the drawing process.
4. When to be a winner, participants must show the side of their registration coupon, Valid ID card (not a copy nor has it expired) according to the information on the raffle coupon to prove yourself when buying adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2.
5. Valid ID card including KTP/ KITAS/ PASSPORT/ STUDENT CARD.
6. Maximum number of winners 3 (three) times by the MC at the time of the direct draw and not answering or not bringing the required documents to prove themselves will be considered disqualified. A new draw will be made to replace the winner.
7. If the name or information listed on the valid Identity Card does not match the name or information on the lottery coupon, coupon holders are not eligible to purchase adidas Originals YEEZY BOOST 350 V2.
