Why is the Travis Scott AJ1 BuyBack Program in FlightClub Controversial ?
Sneakers.co.id – It's safe to say that Flight Club is one of the most well-known names in the sneaker sales industry, recognized as one of the largest aftermarket boutiques in the entire United States. Now the consignment shop has officially launched the program BuyBack latest, which will allow sellers to receive direct payments for certain releases. Introduced last weekend, The first sneaker to be accepted into the program was the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 “Cactus Jack.”
The controversy over this program is how easy it is for retailers like Flight Club to quickly access multiple benefits, so take more opportunities for those who want to get valuable shoes at retail prices.
“Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 is shoe which is a great fit for the features for our BuyBack program launch. We know that there is a lot of demand for these shoes, and that sellers will be able to quickly increase liquidity. In the future we will receive some shoes for this program. It will include pre-release, as well as shoes in high demand, “says GOP Group VP Business Development and Strategy Matt Cohen.
The BuyBack process is simple. Merchants can select options via their seller portal on flightclub.com. Once selected, they will be able to choose the style and size they will ship in a New York or Los Angeles location. A barcode will be generated which must be brought to the store during delivery. After showing the barcode and providing the right product, the seller will be paid on the spot.
Payment will be based on the current market value of each special shoe. There will be no limits on each release either which means anyone can take advantage of an instant payment system that follows proper procedures.
Meanwhile, Flight Club has been known for its consignment-based sales method until now, the company hopes this new option will attract more customers to sell with them.
“We want to continuously improve the buyer and seller experience,” said Cohen to the Sole Collector. “These programs are definitely attractive because they provide faster payments and allow sellers to move more inventory. Traditional shipping may take longer to receive payment, which slows down the business of many sellers.”
So what do you think, Will this program make the resell price more expensive or even cheaper?? Let’s See.
