Sneakers.co.id – Prada x adidas Luna Rossa 21 – Continuing the luxury collaboration of Prada and adidas that previously came with the collection Prada x adidas Superstars. This time the Three Stripes and Prada are back in completely new silhouettes.
If before was an offering Prada for Adidas, this collection is called “adidas for Prada”. In this collaboration, adidas presents a collection that is more dynamic and futuristic than ever before.
They call this collection the Prada x adidas Luna Rossa 21. Offered in white, This lace up shoe has its roots in Prada and Pirelli's sponsorship of the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli sailing team, who will wear the boots as they prepare to represent Italy in the 36th edition of the Copa America planned for March 2021.
Luna Rossa has received this shoe design from Prada and Adidas as informed by the AC75 Luna Rossa boat. Reflects on the sustainability theme of Luna Rossa Prada's offerings, the top is made of a recycled material called Primegreen. Perforated and detailed with three Adidas stripes, the top is wrapped in a water-resistant translucent outer shell.
Different from Superstar, this silhouette does not accentuate the skin in its construction, instead choose transparent ripstop material, murky white, along the sides and heels as well as white textiles for the toebox.
Additional structure and support are added to the silhouette in the form of mesh ankle collars and plastic heel cups and an internal cage designed to showcase some of the subtle adidas branding along the medial and lateral sides.

Smooth, semi-transparent rubber forms the outside of the midsole, most likely wrap BOOST pads or similar pads from adidas. The heel features the branded emblem “Prada” bright red color that extends upward from the posterior edge of the outsole. More Prada and adidas branding found on the insole.
