Sneakers.co.id – Reebok launches collection Reebok X Wonder Woman™ in collaboration with one of the world's largest Film and TV producers Warner Bros. Consumer Products dan DC. This collection is inspired by the legendary character Wonder Woman™ which displays a combination of strength and lifestyle that is strongly attached to the character of Wonder Woman™.
Focusing directly on the female figure of Wonder Woman™ real in the real world, Reebok took this opportunity to run a campaign #healthcarehero on social media by collaborating together 3 female doctors and nurses in Indonesia, namely dr Debryna Dewi Lumanau – General Physician, dr. Fala Adinda – National Task Force for Mitigation for Covid-19 as well as Dewi Sari's daughter who served as a nurse at the Covid-19 Emergency Hospital Wisma Atlet Kemayoran.
Caroline Do, Reebok's VP of Global Marketing said “These Nakes are at the forefront of fighting the global pandemic every day by risking their lives to save others. Even though they may not see themselves as great women, However, we saw the heroism.”
It's hard to imagine what it's like to be a health worker who is fighting on the front line against the pandemic until now. But one thing is for sure: they are real female superheroes. This is what Reebok wants to feature in the campaign for the new Reebok collection, Reebok x Wonder Woman 1984. Besides showing superhero real life in his collection, Reebok is also making a mini-documentary in which the health workers will share their experiences firsthand while working on the front lines dealing with Covid-19 patients in Indonesia..
For them, Being a health worker during a pandemic is a challenge in itself. This is also felt by dr. Debryna Dewi Lumanau "As a medical worker", doctors and nurses who work in hospitals, people would think that we must have been trained in critical situations but in fact we would never have been trained if we had to deal with our own affected families.”
Despite all the challenges, para Wonder Woman™ is feeling grateful to be able to work on the front line during difficult times. dr. Fala Abidin added “Being a woman is not an obstacle to doing many things in the midst of this pandemic, For me, it becomes a proof that being a woman is not an obstacle to speak louder, I am a mother and also a wife and I can do something for this country.”
As cover, Princess Dewi Sari who was unable to join the interview session because of an urgent assignment at the Wisma Atlet Kemayoran Hospital said “My message to the health workers in Indonesia, stay healthy and keep the spirit in providing services to Covid-19 patients. We are all great women who dared to sacrifice leaving their families to serve Indonesia at the forefront of fighting this pandemic.”
